The Operations Manager will have full ownership of daily operations and will be directly responsible for hiring, building, and managing the entire field team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations Management

  2. Oversee all daily cleaning operations across residential and commercial jobs

  3. Ensure all bookings are executed on time and as scheduled
  4. Allocate cleaners, drivers, and supervisors efficiently
  5. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage

  6. Handle last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and emergencies

  7. Team Management & Performance

  8. Lead and control the hiring process for all operational staff (cleaners, drivers, supervisors)

  9. Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and final selection of candidates
  10. Ensure only reliable, disciplined, and trainable staff are hired
  11. Build a continuous recruitment pipeline to support company growth

  12. Coordinate onboarding, training, and probation evaluation for every new hire

  13. Quality Control & Service Standards

  14. Maintain high service quality across all jobs

  15. Conduct random site inspections and audits
  16. Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions
  17. Ensure deep cleaning and special jobs meet promised standards

  18. Create and improve checklists, SOPs, and training material

  19. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

  20. Handle escalated customer complaints and disputes

  21. Coordinate re-visits and service recovery
  22. Communicate professionally with clients and platforms (e.g., Justlife)

  23. Ensure high ratings, retention, and repeat bookings

  24. Logistics & Resource Management

  25. Manage staff scheduling and route planning

  26. Control cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
  27. Track inventory and prevent misuse or wastage

  28. Coordinate with drivers for timely staff movement

  29. Reporting & Business Control

  30. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports

  31. Track KPIs: job completion, complaints, re-visits, staff utilization
  32. Monitor costs related to manpower, transport, and supplies
  33. Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations management (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
