Welltec is actively recruiting for a Field Engineer 2 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as part of our Global Operations function. With rapid growth and a high level of activity, we are seeking a new colleague to strengthen our team. To further strengthen and support our operations in the UAE and across other Middle East countries, we are seeking highly motivated Field Engineers. This is a rotation-based position located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The rotation schedule is 5 weeks on and 3 weeks off. During your on-period, you will be based in the UAE and assigned to projects that may require travel and work throughout the Middle East.

• Prepare and execute complex onshore and offshore operations across UAE.
• Perform job load-out and rig up/down at wellsite, both land and offshore environments.
• Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain an industry leading level of service quality.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in an orderly and workable condition.

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

• Take responsibility as lead engineer on assigned operations, be forward-learning, and HSE minded.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork associated with a job, including but not limited to the job report and field ticket, in a neat and timely manner.
• Be an ambassador for Welltec and Welltec technology when performing a job on-site. This includes building good relationships and promoting Welltec services.
• In addition to conveyance has extensive experience in Welltec Mechanical/ Milling and Cutter service.
• Be a highly motivated individual who approach challenges with a positive attitude and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions. Offshore experience is mandatory.
• Ensures that all duties are carried out with due diligence to customers and Welltec QHSE Policies.
• Leads by example in promoting and maintaining a safe workplace and holding others in the field accountable to this high level.
• Must understand and comply with all HSE, HR, and company policies of Welltec.
