Healthcare Recruiter & Licensing Officer
to join our team at
Unihealth Management Consultancy
, a UAE-based firm specializing in
healthcare licensing and talent acquisition
.

licensing journey (DHA / DOH / MOH)

What You'll Do

  • Source, assess, and match healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health) with roles in UAE medical facilities.
  • Manage
    end-to-end licensing processes
    including
    DataFlow, exam coordination, eligibility applications, and PQR assessments
    .
  • Maintain and organize candidate data using
    ATS systems
    and
    CRM platforms
    (Go High Level or similar).
  • Utilize
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    ,

    , and other sourcing tools to build strong healthcare talent pipelines.
  • Apply
    automation and digital workflows
    to improve recruitment efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate between clients, candidates, and health authorities to ensure smooth and timely processing.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in
    UAE healthcare recruitment
    and/or
    licensing operations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    DHA, DOH, and MOH licensing criteria
    ,
    PQR
    , and verification processes.
  • Proficient in
    ATS systems
    ,
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    , and
    automation tools
    .
  • Excellent communication in
    English
    ;
    Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
    .
  • Organized, proactive, and digitally competent — able to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
