About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our creative and marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing, storytelling, and creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and paid campaigns.

You will collaborate with our designers, videographers, and marketing professionals to produce content that reflects our brand's creativity, trust, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit and assemble video footage into high-quality, engaging content.
  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music.
  • Perform color correction, audio mixing, and visual enhancements.
  • Deliver platform-optimized videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with videographers, photographers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, social media, and client projects.
  • Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity and visual tone.

Content Management

  • Organize and manage video files, project folders, and media libraries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of edits and final versions across multiple platforms.
  • Stay updated with video marketing trends and innovative content formats.

Required Skills & Tools

Editing Software:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)
  • Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (for advanced editing and color grading)
  • CapCut or VN Editor (for short-form and mobile content)

Motion Graphics & Design:

  • Adobe After Effects (motion design, intros, lower thirds)
  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (thumbnails and graphic elements)

Audio & Sound:

  • Adobe Audition or Audacity (voice cleanup and audio mixing)

Social Media & Content Tools:

  • Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Creative Center, Later (for scheduling and optimization)

File Management & Collaboration:

  • Google Drive, Dropbox, or (for project sharing and feedback)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Film, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor (preferably in marketing or corporate content).
  • Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with camera setups, lighting, and production workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
