Freelance Sales Representative – Customized Promotional Gift Items

Company Overview:

We are a growing printing and promotional products company specializing in customized corporate and personal gifts such as T-shirts, pens, notebooks, bottles, bags, mugs, keychains, and other branded merchandise. We help businesses enhance their logo printing gifts visibility through high-quality, creative promotional items.

Job Type:

Freelance / Commission-Based (Candidate must have their own freelance visa)

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of customized promotional gift products to corporate clients, schools, event organizers, and retailers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong networking skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various sectors.
  • Present and promote our customized promotional products to prospective customers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team for quotations and order fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets based on commission.
  • Provide market feedback and suggest new product ideas or improvements.
  • Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid freelance visa or be eligible to work as an independent sales representative.
  • Proven experience in sales of promotional items, printing, or corporate gifts is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of printing methods (screen printing, sublimation, UV, embroidery, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Access to a laptop and smartphone for client communication and reporting.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based only (no fixed salary).
  • Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
  • Additional incentives for achieving sales targets.
