We are seeking an experienced and strategic
IT Manager
to lead our organization's technology operations and digital transformation journey. The IT Manager will oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and projects, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong leadership to guide the IT team, manage resources, and deliver innovative technology solutions that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic IT plans aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Oversee governance frameworks for
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
    , ensuring compliance, security, and optimal performance.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources, optimizing technology investments and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver multiple IT projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business impact.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team through recruitment, training, and development.
  • Maintain vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and assessing technology capabilities within the D365 ecosystem.
  • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard IT infrastructure and ensure business continuity.
  • Track and report IT performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and system efficiency.
  • Communicate technical strategies effectively to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
    and enterprise IT systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on professional development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
  • Ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive digital transformation.
