About the Role

Elan Privé, a luxury interior design and home décor studio based in Dubai, is seeking a reliable, well-presented, and professional Personal Driver. This role supports the Founder/Creative Director by ensuring smooth, punctual, and safe transportation throughout the day, while also assisting with key operational and administrative tasks for our design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive the Owner to and from work each morning and evening.
  • Provide on-call transportation throughout the day for meetings, client appointments, and project site visits.
  • Collect samples and materials from showrooms and suppliers across Dubai.
  • Make client deliveries, including décor items, cushions, documents, and small packages.
  • Assist with material pick-ups and drop-offs for active project sites.
  • Perform basic personal assistant tasks such as organising daily schedules, coordinating errands, and managing small tasks when needed.
  • Maintain the company vehicle(s) in excellent condition—clean, serviced, and fuelled at all times.
  • Manage occasional busy timescales with efficiency, organisation, and calmness.
  • Ensure absolute professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Follow all UAE traffic laws and drive in a safe, responsible manner.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving licence with strong knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic patterns, and key areas.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a personal or corporate driver in Dubai.
  • Fluent English is a must; Arabic speaking is highly preferred.
  • Well-groomed, well-mannered, and highly presentable at all times.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple errands and priorities.
  • Ability to support with basic personal assistant duties.
  • Familiarity with design showrooms, supplier areas, and design districts is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, with flexibility to support early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends depending on the Owner's schedule and project timelines.
