Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate 
Pediatric Specialist
 to join our clinic on a 
commission-only basis
. The ideal candidate must have 
relevant UAE experience
, excellent clinical judgment, and strong communication skills in dealing with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Conduct routine checkups, vaccinations, developmental assessments, and acute illness management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DHA guidelines.
  • Educate parents regarding growth milestones, nutrition, preventive care, and medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
  • Follow clinic protocols and uphold professional standards of care.
  • Support clinic operations by promoting pediatric services and maintaining positive patient relationships.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
     as Pediatric Specialist.
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience
     in a pediatric setup.
  • Own visa is mandatory
     (clinic will not provide visa).
  • Willing to work on a 
    commission-based model
    .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with parents and children.
  • Ability to work independently and manage patient cases efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
