Job responsibilities

HORIZONS Retail Edition invites you to dive into the core of our Retail universe. Through a series of rotations across diverse teams and locations, you will gain a broad understanding of your business area, build cross-functional expertise, and strengthen collaboration and networking skills. This enriching journey is designed to equip you with the experience to become a future Team Manager.During your program, you will be exposed to the following rotations. Every career journey is unique, reflecting the unparalleled diversity of our talents and métiers. - Client Experience & Retail Excellence - Head Office Exposure- Team Management & Leadership ExperienceYour development is at the heart of HORIZONS Program and each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program.
