WeConnect Energy is growing our Abu Dhabi team and are seeking a motivated UAE National interested in developing skills across recruitment, sales, marketing, and business operations.

This role forms part of our commitment to supporting the UAE Government's Emiratisation vision by creating meaningful, long-term career pathways for local talent. About the role

As a 
Sales & Marketing Management Trainee
, you will spend time working across several areas of our business to gain hands-on experience while receiving structured mentoring. You will work closely with senior team members and be involved in:

  • Recruitment and candidate engagement
  • Sales activities, client outreach and market research
  • Marketing campaigns, content creation and social media
  • Business support, CRM use and back-office operations
  • Attending events, client meetings and contributing to projects

This is a full-time, 1-year programme with potential for extension.

What we are looking for

  • Recent Bachelor's/Master's graduate in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in recruitment, sales, marketing or business operations
