Role Overview

The
Client Relationship & Experience Manager
will be responsible for
managing ongoing relationships with Graystone Capital's existing clients
, conducting regular review meetings, identifying service gaps, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues. The role also focuses on
client advocacy
, including generating referrals, coordinating testimonials, and producing client-facing content such as podcasts and success stories.

This is a
high-visibility, relationship-driven role
, working closely with senior management, advisory teams, and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the
    primary relationship contact
    for assigned existing clients
  • Conduct periodic
    client review meetings
    to assess satisfaction, service quality, and future needs
  • Maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

Service Quality & Escalation

  • Identify service gaps, concerns, or operational issues
  • Escalate matters internally and
    coordinate resolution
    with relevant teams
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of client issues

Client Advocacy & Growth

  • Generate
    referrals and introductions
    from satisfied clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with advisory teams
  • Strengthen client loyalty and long-term engagement

Client Content & Brand Advocacy

  • Coordinate and host
    client podcasts, testimonials, and success stories
  • Manage client participation in case studies, interviews, and brand content
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand positioning

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain structured client feedback and engagement reports
  • Share insights with senior management to improve service offerings
  • Support relationship strategy for key accounts

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in
    client relationship management, consulting, corporate banking, advisory, or professional services
  • Strong
    relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with
    CXO-level clients
  • Experience in
    client reviews, escalations, and service delivery oversight
  • Exposure to
    content creation, podcasts, or testimonials
    is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory
