We're Hiring Finance Manager — F&B Group in Al Ain

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
to join our growing
Food & Beverage Group
, overseeing financial operations across multiple outlets — including cafés, restaurants, central kitchen, catering, and supply chain.

This role is pivotal in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and profitability. You'll lead the finance function with a strategic mindset, partnering closely with management to support data-driven decision-making and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic & Financial Management

  • Prepare and present monthly financial dashboards (P&L by outlet, consolidated reports, cash flow, and balance sheet).
  • Provide actionable insights for Board and Management meetings through variance analysis, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Evaluate new outlet and franchise feasibility through ROI, breakeven, and payback analyses.


Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and align with key department heads.
  • Monitor performance versus budget, highlighting variances and recommending corrective measures.
  • Prepare rolling forecasts for cash flow, revenues, and expenditures.


Cost Control & Revenue Optimization

  • Manage COGS, labor costs, and overhead allocations.
  • Approve supplier contracts and oversee procurement-to-inventory cycles.
  • Ensure accuracy in POS sales reconciliations and minimize wastage or discrepancies.
  • Conduct menu engineering and profitability analysis per item/outlet.


Accounting, Compliance & Treasury

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns.
  • Ensure full compliance with
    UAE Corporate Tax
    and
    Labour Law (WPS)
    requirements.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, supplier payments, debt collection, and loan schedules.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.


Systems & Controls

  • Implement and monitor internal controls across cash handling, inventory, and supplier approvals.
  • Integrate and optimize
    ERP/POS systems
    (Micros, Toast, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.


Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Marketing to drive financial discipline and performance improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy and timeliness of monthly reports.
  • Outlet and group profitability (EBITDA, Net Profit %).
  • Variance control on Food & Beverage Costs.
  • Effective cash flow and working capital management.
  • Compliance (VAT, Tax – zero penalties).
  • Positive audit outcomes.


What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

Minimum
7–10 years
of experience, with at least
3 years in a leadership role
within the
F&B, retail, or hospitality industry
.

Strong understanding of UAE Tax, IFRS, and local accounting standards.

Proficiency in ERP and POS integrations.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
