About Us

TIMELESS Lounge & Cafe is a premium dining and lounge destination in Dubai, known for its elegant atmosphere and exceptional guest experience. In alignment with Emiratization initiatives, we are seeking a UAE National to join our team as a Government Relations Officer (GRO/PRO) to manage and support government-related tasks and ministry procedures.

Role Overview

The Government Relations Officer will handle and coordinate documentation and processes with relevant UAE government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Tasheel, Nafis, Emirates ID, and visa-related services. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company-related applications and approvals with MOHRE, Immigration, DED, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, Nafis, etc.
  • Process employee visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain WPS compliance and assist with labour/contract updates.
  • Handle Emirates ID processing, medical applications, and governmental documentation.
  • Maintain updated records and ensure timely completion of government transactions.
  • Prepare and submit forms, letters, and required documentation.
  • Assist HR department with labour laws, regulations, and system usage.
  • Coordinate company licenses, establishment card renewals, and related approvals.
  • Represent the company professionally during government visits or inspections.
  • Stay updated with new regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • UAE National with valid Emirates ID (Mandatory – Emiratization Program)
  • Knowledge of government portals & processes (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, Nafis, etc.)
  • Good communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred).
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in PRO/GRO or similar government relations role is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are also welcome.
