Job Title: AI Architect or Head of AI Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of AI systems across all AI-related projects. This role owns the end-to-end AI architecture—from data and models to deployment and scalability—while aligning AI solutions with business goals. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee AI/ML system architecture across multiple projects Select appropriate models, frameworks, and tools (ML, DL, LLMs, agents, RAG, etc.) Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions Guide model selection, training strategies, evaluation, and optimization Define best practices for AI development, security, ethics, and governance Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams Review and mentor AI engineers and developers Stay current with AI research, tools, and industry trends Required Qualifications Strong experience in AI/ML system design and architecture Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) Experience deploying AI systems in production environments Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience leading AI teams or projects Background in data engineering or MLOps Familiarity with AI safety, ethics, and compliance Startup or fast-paced product experience
