Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role based in Abu Dhabi for a Commissioning Engineer. The role involves performing electrical testing and commissioning of equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues through troubleshooting, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure systems meet design requirements, and conducting on-site assessments of operations. The candidate may need to create technical documentation and work in compliance with established safety and industry standards. Some remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electrical Testing and Commissioning Engineers' practices
  • Strong aptitude in Troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles related to testing and systems analysis
  • Understanding of Testing standards and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the life safety or fire protection industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with established standards and regulations
