We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with precast building design experience. You will be responsible for developing innovative, cost-effective, and safe structural solutions for various building projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed structural analysis and design of buildings in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Prepare design reports, structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to develop integrated designs.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Ensure structural integrity and code compliance in all phases of the design.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed during project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structura.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design engineering; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing precast concrete structures is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in structural analysis software such as ETABS.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
