Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will lead and execute sales operations, manage client relationships, and work to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, guiding a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, conducting market analyses, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will play an integral role in driving the company's growth and success within a competitive market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent customer relationship management and client communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting market analyses and developing strategic sales approaches
- Experience in real estate sales and familiarity with the UAE real estate market is highly desirable
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
