Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Client Relationship Manager – CIS & Europe, focused on managing and converting qualified international leads into long-term client relationships.

The role is consultative and relationship-driven, not transactional sales.

You will work closely with the Founder and internal teams to guide clients through business structuring, market entry, and expansion decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with CIS (Russian-speaking) and European clients
  • Conduct discovery and advisory calls to understand client objectives and structures
  • Present TruVis corporate services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
  • Support clients in UAE/GCC market entry and expansion strategies
  • Coordinate between clients and internal delivery teams (corporate services, PRO, finance)
  • Follow up on proposals, clarify scope, and support contract execution
  • Identify upsell and long-term engagement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in CRM
  • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and value delivery throughout the client lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, advisory, or B2B consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of business structuring, market entry, and expansion concepts
  • Experience working with international clients, preferably CIS and/or European markets
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or operational environments (corporate services, consulting, legal, finance, or immigration is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a structured and client-friendly manner
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Fluency or professional proficiency in Russian is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or a related field
