About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic
HR Specialist
to join a reputable legal firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the firm's human resources operations ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting leadership in building a professional and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Support manpower planning and talent acquisition needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication strategies.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with management on visa processing, renewals, and other government-related HR tasks.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
