Sales Associate (Female Applicants Only)

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Zoho CRM or similar sales and purchasing software.
  • Sales background in oil and gas, construction, or building materials is an advantage (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage both sales and procurement functions.
  • Female applicants only (Philippines candidates are preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team with the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, quotations, and closing deals.
  • Handle daily sales inquiries for DEWA, SEWA, and other major clients.
  • Prepare and send quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes to customers and suppliers.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality for materials.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales, purchase, and inventory records.
  • Support in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Attend to phone inquiries and email correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of sales performance.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time/Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
