Join a dynamic production environment as a videographer responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for a diverse range of projects, including corporate videos, commercials, events, and documentaries. This role requires hands-on involvement throughout the video production process, from initial concept planning to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, manage on-site shoots, and ensure all technical aspects of production are executed to a professional standard. The position is based in Dubai and requires on-site presence, with most work scheduled over weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute video shoots, including pre-production coordination and on-site setup
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards
  • Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard editing software
  • Manage post-production processes, including color grading, sound mixing, and effects
  • Archive and organize video assets for future use
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and project deadlines
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments and work efficiently under tight timelines

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience in videography, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and cinematography principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, primarily on weekends
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
