Role Description
We are searching for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our fast-paced, growing team in Dubai. This is an urgent hire for a "hustler" who lives and breathes social media trends and is ready to take ownership of producing scroll-stopping video content for a dynamic portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using only an iPhone.
- Trend Mapping & Strategy: Monitor social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates, incorporating current best practices into daily content planning.
- Content Management: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of scheduled posts across all client channels.
- Creative Execution: Translate client brand identities and campaign goals into compelling, persuasive visual narratives and engaging captions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content metrics and engagement data, using insights to continually optimize content performance and report on success.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
- Skilled in mobile video editing apps such as CapCut, or professional software like Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics, shot angles, and compelling storytelling.
- Understanding of social media mechanisms and what attracts eyeballs and engagement and why.
- Reliable, accountable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
