About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of high-end projects, including luxury retail stores, podiums, pop-ups, and exhibition stands.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project managers in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the central link between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams—facilitating communication, tracking progress, and maintaining precise project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Support project managers in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

Monitor project progress and flag any issues or delays for timely resolution.

Assist with procurement processes—collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.

Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and handover materials are complete and organized.

Support quality control and ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction, interior fit-out, or luxury retail sectors.

Strong understanding of project management principles and documentation practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with UAE market operations, suppliers, and construction standards is highly advantageous.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
