Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Estimation Engineer. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, performing research, and participating in negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates, and coordinating with various departments for accurate estimates. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records and preparing reports on estimations and progress.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BOQ and Project Estimation
  • MEP Engineering background
  • Strong Research and Negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
