Desired Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completed an accredited orthopedic surgery residency program, followed by a fellowship in hand surgery.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery, with a subspecialty certification in hand surgery.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship experience in hand surgery, showcasing a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of hand anatomy, biomechanics, and the principles of surgical and non-surgical treatment.
  • Proficient in a wide range of hand surgery techniques, including microsurgery, arthroscopy, and complex reconstructive procedures.
