Job Summary:
As a key member of the Car Detailing team, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and developing car care products, engaging with customers, training detailing professionals, and driving brand visibility and sales across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to manage retail channels and build a strong influencer ecosystem for our premium car care products. This role combines retail execution with modern digital engagement to grow brand visibility, drive sales, and establish our brand as a leader in the detailing community.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, retailers, and detailers.
- Develop training manuals, video tutorials, and technical guides for product usage.
- Stay updated with global detailing trends and innovations.
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop relationships with car detailing studios, workshops, dealerships, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand territory coverage.
- Organize product activations, campaigns, and detailing workshops/events.
Brand & Marketing Support:
- Support digital and retail marketing campaigns through technical content, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
- Participate in car shows, exhibitions, and motor expos to represent the brand.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to refine brand positioning.
Product Feedback & R&D Input
- Gather user feedback and technical performance reports to guide R&D.
- Coordinate with the product development team to test new formulas and tools.
