Role Description

The Part-Time Order Fulfillment Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of order management and processing for our online and retail customers. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate preparation of orders, managing purchase orders and inventory coordination, and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This is an on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and pack customer orders accurately
  • Coordinate order fulfilment from start to dispatch
  • Ensure personalization details (names, engravings, embroidery) are correct
  • Organize inventory and packing materials
  • Label packages and prepare orders for courier pickup
  • Update order status and flag any issues or delays
  • Maintain a clean and organized fulfilment area

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail (very important)
  • Organized and able to follow processes
  • Basic English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with physical products
  • Previous experience in order fulfilment, packing, or retail operations is a plus
  • Reliable and committed for the full 6-month period
