Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Danat Al Ain Resort, located in Al Ain. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining records, and providing general support to the General Manager to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including MS Office Suite
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
