Presales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive you need to support the sales team in winning the projects by drafting accurate quotations. You stay as a primary point of contact for the sales team by providing technical and commercial expertise during the sales cycle. This role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring proposals are aligned with client needs to successfully win new business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate product/solution offerings.
- Assist the sales team in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Operations teams to develop customized solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Support in proof-of-concept (POC) implementations and solution validation.
- Ensure accurate documentation of pre-sales activities and maintain CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Quotation accuracy and timeliness play a vital role in succeeding for this role.
- Collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders would be required to ensure the projects are awarded to the company
