About the Role

Our client is seeking
fluent English and Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish, Dary, or Russian.

As an Interpreter, you will play a key role in facilitating smooth, real-time communication between English-speaking representatives and Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish-speaking customers across various sectors. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping people in crucial conversations including customer support, legal, and emergency contexts all while working remotely within a global BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    accurate and professional interpretation
    between English and one of the following languages:
    Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish, Dary, or Russian
    .
  • Manage
    inbound interpretation calls
    in real time with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ensure
    clear, complete, and contextually correct
    translation across all parties involved.
  • Handle
    sensitive or confidential information
    with integrity and discretion.
  • Accurately
    document call details
    and maintain client records.
  • Achieve
    schedule adherence, quality, and performance
    goals consistently.
  • Use multiple
    digital tools and applications
    during calls to support customer needs.
  • Proactively
    resolve communication barriers
    and escalate only when necessary.
  • Requirements
  • Fluency in English
    and at least one of the following languages:
  • Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish, Dary, or Russian.
  • Strong
    verbal communication
    and
    active listening
    skills.
  • Ability to handle
    diverse topics
    (general, legal, emergency, insurance, etc.).
  • Comfort with
    multitasking and digital tools

  • Prior experience in
    interpretation, translation, or customer service (BPO preferred)
