Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle NetSuite Technical professional, located in Dubai. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting Oracle NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements. The responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering user training, resolving technical issues, and ensuring efficient system performance. Additionally, the role requires excellent customer service skills to effectively address and resolve client concerns.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to ensure efficient performance and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in Information Technology, with a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite systems and processes
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and address client concerns
  • Experience in providing Training and guidance to end-users and teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience working with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus
