We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Inside Cleaner with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning and maintaining indoor areas of buildings, offices, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the building's interior remains clean, organized, and hygienic for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors, walls, and furniture.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas, ensuring they are hygienic and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Wipe and disinfect surfaces, including desks, countertops, light switches, and door handles, to maintain a clean environment.
  • Floor Care:
  • Clean and maintain carpets, rugs, and floors, ensuring they are free from dirt, stains, and debris.
  • Apply floor care treatments (waxing, polishing) and conduct regular floor maintenance as required.
  • Window and Glass Cleaning:
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain clear visibility and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all glass surfaces are streak-free and spotless.
  • Supply Management:
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, notifying management of low stock or the need for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Safety and Hygiene:
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when using cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with building cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • General Building Maintenance:
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues (e.g., broken equipment, plumbing issues) to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as setting up meeting rooms or preparing spaces for events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as an inside cleaner or in a similar role, with at least 2 years of UAE work experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, tools, and products, including knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks to ensure all cleaning duties are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Basic proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus), with good communication skills to understand cleaning instructions and interact with management.
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
