Job Title: Senior Florist – Flower Section Manager

Location: Al Ain

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Florist to lead and manage our flower section operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in floral design, display management, and team supervision, with a keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. This role requires someone who can combine artistic talent with organizational leadership—ensuring exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and smooth daily operations in the flower department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all activities within the flower section, including design, arrangement, inventory, and staff coordination.
  • Create elegant and innovative floral designs for retail, events, and special occasions in line with brand standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the team of florists to ensure high performance and creativity.
  • Manage flower stock levels—monitoring orders, deliveries, freshness, and wastage control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing flowers, accessories, and materials while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Plan and execute floral arrangements for café displays, catering events, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory, supplier invoices, and daily sales.
  • Ensure the flower section is always organized, visually appealing, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop seasonal collections, promotional displays, and special event themes.
  • Provide excellent customer service—advising clients on flower choices, color palettes, and arrangement styles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Senior Florist or Floral Designer, including leadership experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of floral design principles, color coordination, and event styling.
  • Experience in sourcing and maintaining fresh flowers with minimal wastage.
  • Proven ability to manage stock, budgeting, and supplier relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A creative eye with the ability to design modern, classic, and themed arrangements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for events or peak seasons.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
