Job Description:

Pampered Paws Grooming, a well-established pet grooming and boarding facility in Al Yasmeen, Ajman, is looking for a female Admin/Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of services. We are looking for someone responsible, organised, client-friendly, and passionate about pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the shop
  • Manage client communication and appointments
  • Handle bookings for grooming, boarding, and related services
  • Oversee sales, inventory, and cash handling
  • Support staff coordination and scheduling
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professional environment
  • Ensure smooth workflow and shop upkeep

Requirements:

  • Female, aged 30–35
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the UAE
  • Strong administrative and customer service background
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Tagalog-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply (This is a preference, not a nationality requirement)
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

What We Offer:

  • Monthly salary of AED 4,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience and performance)
