NPD Specialist – Fragrance Division | Beverly Hills Polo Club Fragrance

We are expanding our fragrance universe and seeking an exceptional New Product Development (NPD) Specialist
who lives and breathes the world of scent. Someone who understands olfactive structure like second nature, keeps a hawk-eye on global trends, and thrives in crafting concepts that evolve into commercially winning products.

Key Responsibilities

Fragrance Creation & Olfactive Development


• Lead the end-to-end development of new fragrances across Fine Fragrance, Bath & Body, and Personal Care.


• Partner with global fragrance houses and perfumers to brief, evaluate, refine, and lock olfactive directions.


• Build comprehensive benchmark studies and maintain an internal olfactive library.


• Conduct deep fragrance evaluations, stability checks, sensory panels, and compatibility tests.

Market Intelligence & Trend Scouting


• Track global olfactive trends, niche movements, ingredient shifts, sustainability frameworks, and consumer sentiment.


• Translate trend insights into actionable NPD concepts tailored for mass, masstige, and premium tiers.


• Map competitor launches and retail gaps across GCC, India, Africa, SEA, Europe.

Component & Packaging Expertise


• Work closely with suppliers for bottles, pumps, caps, deco, secondary packaging, and labeling.


• Evaluate feasibility, cost engineering, technical drawings, mould specs, and production timelines.


• Drive component testing including compatibility, stress tests, and QC adherence.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution


• Own project timelines from concept to finished goods.


• Coordinate across procurement, supply chain, regulatory, design, finance, and marketing.


• Ensure all submissions meet IFRA, EU, GCC, and global compliance requirements.


• Prepare detailed product dossiers, launch decks, and technical sheets.

Innovation & Pipeline Building


• Develop long-term roadmap for BHPC Fragrance & Bath + Body portfolio.


• Ideate signature blends, limited editions, and region-specific collections.


• Push boundaries with storytelling, ingredient innovation, and sensorial formats.

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 5–8 years
of proven experience in fragrance NPD, evaluation, or olfactive development.


• Strong understanding of olfactive families, raw materials, accords, product formulation, and perfumery language.


• Flair for creativity matched with sharp commercial instincts.


• Strong network with fragrance houses, component suppliers, and manufacturing partners.


• Ability to juggle multiple projects with precision, speed, and insane attention to detail.


• Up-to-date knowledge of trends from Paris to Dubai to Jakarta.


• Someone who breathes innovation and vibes with a fast-paced, scale-up culture.
