We are seeking an experienced
Senior Site Architect
to join our multidisciplinary supervision team in the UAE. This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about architecture and interior design, and who thrives in a dynamic site environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and the client to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and design integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural and interior design (ID) drawings, specifications, reports, and material submittals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract requirements and design intent.
- Lead and conduct constructability reviews during design, construction, and modification phases.
- Provide timely feedback on submittals from contractors and subcontractors and ensure implementation of all required revisions.
- Supervise site mock-ups and samples to ensure alignment with approved design aesthetics and quality expectations.
- Ensure project submissions align with the overall project schedule and meet both technical and commercial requirements.
- Support compliance with authority approvals, site requirements, and technical load demands.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated and sustainable design solutions.
Personal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years on large-scale construction projects.
- Eligible for engineering registration/membership within the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of local UAE regulations and authority requirements.
- Familiar with international and regional codes and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial management and overseeing site-based architectural execution.
