Support the culinary team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen section. The Commis I will follow hygiene, food safety, and recipe standards, assisting senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistently exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Prepare, cook, and present hot kitchen menu items to the highest culinary and hygiene standards, as directed by senior chefs.
  • Assist in the set-up and breakdown of the hot kitchen section at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are ready for service.
  • Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to maintain consistency of food quality and safety
  • Assist colleagues in other kitchen sections as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
