Position: Social Media Specialist / Content Creator

Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist and Content Creator responsible for lead generation, promoting the business concept to potential franchisees, and assisting in the sales process with identified prospects. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong creative skills to produce engaging content that drives awareness and growth across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

-Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

-Develop original, engaging, and high-quality content (images, videos, reels, captions, and stories) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).

-Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.

-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and implement creative campaigns.

-Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives.

-Monitor ad and content performance, optimizing for engagement, reach, and ROI.

-Generate regular reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and creative direction.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

-Experiment with new content formats (e.g., short-form video, stories, live content) to keep our presence fresh and engaging.

-Identify and analyze main competitors and propose creative strategies to improve our service and visibility.

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.

-Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.

-Proficiency in social media ad management and analytics tools.

-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

-Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and audience engagement tactics.

Salary: 3,500 AED
