About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position
The People and Culture Coordinator supports the delivery of core HR functions. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assisting the Senior Vice President and the team of People & Culture in the daily operation, where necessary.
  • Managing calendars inclusive of People & Culture vacation calendar, arranging meetings, travels (when necessary).
  • Drafting meeting minutes, where required.
  • Arranging, planning and executing the monthly People & Culture Communication Meeting.
  • Overseeing office orders and generally People & Culture Office.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Preferable Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in People & Culture
