Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Team Supervisor. The Team Supervisor will manage daily site activities, oversee project progress, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standard. Responsibilities include leading teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a focus on quality deliverables. Additionally, the Team Supervisor will assist in addressing project challenges and implementing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and site management
  • Knowledge of flooring and civil works, including materials and methods
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety standards and compliance regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the construction or flooring industry is advantageous
