Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Captain Waiter
to join our team in a dynamic restaurant and club environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to supervise and motivate the service team to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide waiters and service staff during operations.
  • Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleared efficiently after.
  • Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Coordinate between the
    service team, kitchen, and bar
    to maintain smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Train and mentor new staff on service standards and restaurant procedures.
  • Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service quality are maintained at all times.
  • Support management in planning seating arrangements, events, and daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    as a Captain Waiter / Head Waiter in a restaurant, lounge, or club.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (Arabic or another language is an advantage).
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of
    POS systems and basic restaurant administration
    .
  • Presentable and well-groomed at all times.
  • Must be in the
    UAE
    and available for an
    immediate start or short notice
    .
