Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Procurement Executive with a strong background in the perfume or fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high‑quality raw materials, packaging, and other procurement requirements while ensuring cost‑effectiveness, accurate costing, budgeting control, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for fragrance oils, essential oils, aroma chemicals, packaging materials, and related components.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Prepare and review costing sheets, ensuring accurate cost calculations for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  • Support the development of procurement budgets and monitor spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules and sales demands.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new material availability.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality control teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management, including cost analysis and budget updates.
  • Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality.
  • Manage import/export documentation and liaise with logistics for timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the perfume industry.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the perfume, fragrance, or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of fragrance raw materials, packaging types, and industry standards.
  • Experience in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis related to procurement.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
