Job Summary:

QuickFly Logistics is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics sales, including freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and warehousing solutions. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, growing our customer base, and promoting our full suite of logistics services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new leads and pursue B2B sales opportunities across Dubai and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to understand their logistics requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Promote services including international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, 3PL, and supply chain solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE market and existing client network is a plus.
  • UAE driving license and own car (or willingness to travel extensively across Dubai).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
