About the Role

We're looking for a
Personal Brand Growth Specialist
to work directly with
Muhammad Taufique
, a Blockchain Advisor and Founder of multiple Web3 ventures, to expand his
personal authority and influence across the crypto and tech ecosystem
.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands
social media, crypto trends, influencer growth strategies, and content production,
and can actively
turn ideas into viral, high-impact content and opportunities
.

Responsibilities
Social Media Growth

  • Manage and grow presence across
    LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
    .
  • Create and post consistent
    short-form video content (crypto insights, tech talk, founder lifestyle)
    .
  • Support in
    shooting, editing, and publishing
    reels/podcasts with the Production team.
  • Craft captions, hooks, and storytelling formats aligned with the brand tone.

Community & Network Building

  • Help build and manage an active
    crypto community
    on Telegram, Discord, and X.
  • Engage with followers, thought leaders, and investors to strengthen brand presence.
  • Organize AMAs, collabs, and partnerships to grow authority in the Web3 space.

Business & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and reach out to
    crypto events, podcasts, and conferences
    for speaking slots.
  • Help attract
    blockchain development clients
    and collaborations through personal brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and developers to execute campaigns.

Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Assist in
    daily content planning, analytics tracking, and reporting
    .
  • Manage scheduling, media kits, and brand partnerships.
  • Support in
    building investor decks, proposals, and public presence
    .

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    personal branding, social media management, or influencer growth
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    crypto, Web3, and blockchain culture
    .
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Hands-on with tools like
    Notion, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and social schedulers
    .
  • Ability to think creatively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus: Experience in
    video scripting, content direction, or PR outreach
    .
