Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating editorial calendars.
  • Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, videos, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community interaction across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with the audience, including responding to comments, mentions, and direct messages (DMs) in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights. Use this data to continuously optimize content and strategy.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences and achieve marketing/sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, sales, creative/design, customer service) to ensure a cohesive brand message and coordinate efforts.
  • Design: Flyer and pamphlet design using photoshop or canva

Essential Skills and Requirements

Skills and Experience

Proficiency with various social media platforms and their unique formats (video, image, text). Experience with social media management. Minimum 2 years experience is required.

Content creation skills:

(copywriting, basic photo/video editing, and graphic design).Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics and reporting. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and storytelling ability. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
