HOUSE OF ORIGIN

House of Origin, the boutique brokerage division of Origin Private Office, specialises exclusively in prime and ultra-prime residential real estate across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We represent a highly curated portfolio of UHNW buyers and sellers and operate at the very top end of the market.

We are seeking a Senior Private Client Advisor with a proven track record in luxury and ultra-prime sales, deep community knowledge, and the capability to manage complex, high-value transactions (15M–150M+ AED) with absolute discretion.

This role is suited only to individuals already operating at the highest professional standard within the UAE luxury market.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Private Client Advisor will serve as a principal advisor to UHNW domestic and international clients, leading acquisition and disposal strategies across the most prestigious villa communities and branded residences.

This is a performance-driven, advisory-led role requiring exceptional sales capability, market intelligence and a well-developed private client network.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

ULTRA-PRIME SALES & ADVISORY

·       Advise on transactions across Dubai's prime communities and prime Abu Dhabi neighbourhoods.

·       Lead the full sales cycle for ultra-prime and super-prime assets from listing to negotiation, SPA and transfer.

·       Develop bespoke acquisition and disposal strategies aligned with UHNW client requirements.

·       Provide valuation guidance, pricing insights, absorption analysis and market-entry recommendations.

CLIENT REPRESENTATION

·       Manage a personal portfolio of UHNW / VVIP clients and long-term private wealth relationships.

·       Handle all engagements with strict confidentiality and a private office-level advisory approach.

·       Identify off-market opportunities through a strong internal and external network.

MARKET EXPERTISE & INTELLIGENCE

·       Maintain deep, firsthand knowledge of all luxury communities, new launches, off-market stock, developer inventory and pricing movements.

·       Advise on transaction structures, payment schedules, investment performance and negotiation strategy.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

·       Produce refined listing presentations, pitch decks and market briefs aligned with House of Origin's standards.

·       Ensure all documentation and compliance follow Dubai Land Department regulations, including RERA contracts, MoUs, Form A/B and transfer processes.

·       Operate with precision, organisation and the ability to manage several high-value clients simultaneously.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

This role requires significant, demonstrable luxury experience. We are only considering candidates who meet the following:

·       Minimum 5–8 years experience in Dubai luxury real estate (villa communities + branded residences).

·       Proven track record of selling 15M–150M+ AED properties with consistent year-on-year performance.

·       Active Dubai RERA broker licence (mandatory).

·       Abu Dhabi broker licence (advantageous).

·       Established personal network of UHNW buyers, luxury homeowners, introducers and private-client channels.

·       Exceptional negotiation, communication and client-relationship capabilities.

·       Strong market intelligence and the ability to provide advisory-level insight.

·       Ability to present, pitch and operate within a private office environment.

We are specifically seeking senior-level brokers already operating in the luxury space — this is not a junior or mid-level role.
