We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled QA/QC Manager – Civil to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities on our prestigious projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of civil construction standards, and proven experience working with premium, fast-paced developers like Sobha.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and quality procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and international quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections for civil works such as structural, finishing, concrete, rebar, waterproofing, blockwork, plaster, and related activities.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for inspections and quality approvals.
  • Lead the QA/QC team and ensure proper documentation, reports, checklists, and NCR follow-up.
  • Review material submissions, method statements, ITPs, and technical documents.
  • Identify quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor site workmanship, ensure adherence to standards, and support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure close-out of NCRs/SORs.
  • Support project handover, snagging/ de-snagging, and final documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within Civil Construction (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Experience in large-scale luxury villa, tower, or residential community projects.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
  • Energetic, proactive, and capable of working under fast timelines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20, AED24,000.00 per month
