Dr. Nasma Salah Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Arabic Clinic Supervisor with a background in aesthetic clinics in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining compliance with medical regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily clinic operations, including staff management, patient flow, and appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience by providing high-quality customer service and resolving any concerns.
  • Oversee the performance of reception, administrative, and clinical staff, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Maintain compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and clinic policies.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and aesthetic specialists to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Handle inventory management and procurement of medical and cosmetic supplies.
  • Monitor and improve clinic performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a professional and efficient working environment.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with the management team to promote clinic services.
  • Address patient feedback and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Clinic Supervisor in a UAE-based aesthetic/dermatology/plastic surgery clinic.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, patient care, and clinic operations.
  • Familiarity with DHA regulations and UAE healthcare compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle patient concerns professionally.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing and business development within the aesthetic industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processing and patient documentation requirements.
