Sr. Draftsman

Sr. Draftsman (Joinery & Interior Design)

We are seeking a Sr. Draftsman who can accurately develop detailed technical drawings and plans for joinery & interior projects, including layouts, sections, and elevations.

You should have extensive experience working with AutoCAD software, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail. A person who can design and create high-level design models that meet all the specifications of the client.

Responsibilities

• Designing, detailing, drafting, and processing jobs for projects & productions.
• Working with team, manage the workload and meet deadlines promptly.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to understand and interpret design specifications and requirements.
• Ensuring all drawings are prepared in accordance with the company standards and meet the project scope and budget.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design upto completion.
• Assist production manager with timelines, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Review architectural and shop drawings, contract specifications, and samples for design inconsistencies and conflicts.
• Liaising with clients, project manager and factory staff.
• Completing tasks within an allocated time.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of materials & hardware.

Experience:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Joinery & Interior industry in UAE.
