The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial surgeon to pioneer and lead our new Hair Transplant Division. You will not just be a surgeon; you will be the clinical architect of this new venture. We provide the capital, the brand reputation, the advanced facility, and the administrative support. You provide the surgical expertise, artistic vision, and passion for patient care to make it a resounding success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead patient consultations, assessing candidacy for hair restoration and managing expectations with empathy and clarity.
  • Perform and master hair transplant procedures, with a primary focus on FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).
  • Design and implement standardized protocols for pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care within our established clinical framework.
  • Train, supervise, and manage a dedicated team of surgical technicians for the hair transplant program.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop educational content and represent the clinical expertise of the new division.
  • Uphold the highest standards of sterility and patient safety, consistent with our vascular surgery protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in a relevant specialty (Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or other surgical discipline is preferred).
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in [State]; ability to obtain one is required.
  • Proven, hands-on experience performing FUE hair transplant procedures. A portfolio of your work is essential.
  • Exceptional fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and a natural aesthetic eye.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with helping to build and grow a new service line.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
